You guys are in for a treat. This is one of the most hilarious bits of audio we’ve ever grabbed for the podcast – Bruce Campbell’s Q&A at the 2009 Festival of Fear in Toronto.
A few excerpts ran on Rue Morgue Radio back in the day but here for the first time anywhere, is the full one-hour version.
Endure.

I remember lambasting this back then, for being too chaotic I think. But I’m excited to hear the whole thing now. I guess I was hoping for more of an Inside the Actor’s Studio treatment, but Bruce isn’t that kind of guy and I’m glad.
Yeah, the excerpts don’t do it justice. He more or less performs an impromptu smart arse, stand-up routine for his convention appearances. It’s brilliant.
Another problem was that you can’t hear the questions from the audience. Well, I’ve taken GREAT pains to solve that problem. And when I say ‘great pains,’ you have no idea how fucking time consuming it was!
You better ENJOY this time (as opposed to ENDURE.)

This episode made me very happy. I think it single-handedly got me through my hangover today.
I’m saving this for tomorrow as it is a special day. Can’t get enough of The Chin!
I’m so glad I took some time out to listen to that, really cheered me up. Bruce Campbell- what a legend eh?
