Own A Piece of Lovecraft History
HAUNTED HOUSE FOR SALE!

Got about 3 million bucks? If so, you could own this ominous piece of Lovecraft history: The Halsey House, a Victorian mansion built in 1801 by Colonel Thomas Lloyd Halsey, which was reputed to be haunted in Lovecraft’s time. Located at 140 Prospect Street in Providence, Rhode Island, it is the setting of the author’s famous story, The Case of Charles Dexter Ward. I just saw it in person last week. Being that I took a ton of pictures of the house, perhaps the mad Lovecraft fans are driving the owners away. Or perhaps it’s the Lurker at the Threshold…

*Look for photos of my visit to Lovecraft’s Providence in an upcoming post.

I love it! I sell real estate in Minnesota and would love to see ads for haunted houses in our area. I took the liberty of linking to your post from my site at http://www.realestatetwincities.net/haunted-house-blogs/.
Thank you.
