I-Mockery dug up this insane old bike safety film featuring the scariest monkey masks ever made. Was it the product of an overzealous Planet of the Apes fan, or simply a two-wheeled simian nightmare committed to film? Whatever disturbed mind gave birth to this burned some truly creepy images into my brain.
