A rare tale of extraterrestrial terror by Jack London in the latest installment of “WHEN HORROR MEETS SCIENCE FICTION Vol II”

Wednesday, May 22, 2019 | Audio Horror

HorrorBabble is back with a rare tale by celebrated author Jack London, who first published THE RED ONE in the October 1918 issue of The Cosmopolitan. The story tells of a scientist on an expedition through the jungles of Guadalcanal in search of butterflies. Deep in the rainforest, spurred on by an otherworldly drone, he encounters a tribe of headhunters, who appear to worship the source of the ethereal sound.
