Attend or Stream the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival Next Month

Portland’s H. P. Lovecraft Film Festival returns to the Hollywood Theatre next month with theatrical screenings starting October 1st to be followed by a streaming edition of the festival beginning October 8th!

The in-person fest will be in full-swing with visiting filmmaker Q&As and special guests, and cosmic horror fans near and far will get to experience the event from anywhere in the world through Eventive! This year’s festival lineup boasts more than 50 short and feature films, panel discussions, author readings, and other special events.

Feature films include the 10th Anniversary screening of The Whisperer in Darkness with special guests Sean Branney and Andrew Leman, the World Premiere of The Fall of Usher by Brian Cunningham, based on the works of Edgar Allan Poe, the Pacific NW premiere of H. P. Lovecraft’s Witch House by Bobby Easley, and the Oregon premiere of Kevin Pontuti’s The Yellow Wallpaper, a lush adaptation of the Charlotte Gilman Perkins story.
