Consent Is A Killer Inconvenience In “Slashening: The Final Beginning” Clip

Thursday, March 25, 2021 | Exclusives

In Troma‘s hysterical follow-up to The Slashening (2015), 22-year old Madison (Addie Weyrich) moves to Brooklyn to start a new life in the wake of her father’s suicide, when a familiar masked killer starts picking off everyone around her. Written and directed by Troma regular Brandon Bassham, SLASHENING: THE FINAL BEGINNING satirizes the slasher genre and millennials with plenty of guts. gore, and, in the words of the director, “all the narcissism, privilege, sexism, and fake wokeness that we’ve all come to loathe about Brooklyn’s elite.”

Check out the RUE MORGUE exclusive clip below and see SLASHENING: THE FINAL BEGINNING when it premieres via the Laemmle Virtual Cinema on Friday, April 30th 2021.
