Co-written by horror favorite Richard Stanley (HARDWARE, DUST DEVIL), the new shocker REPLACE premieres at the Los Angeles Film Festival tomorrow, and we’ve got a couple of exclusive grisly photos from it to show you right now!

Directed and co-scripted by Norbert Keil, REPLACE has its debut screening at LAFF tomorrow, June 16 at 9:45 p.m. at the ArcLight Culver City 3 (9500 Culver Boulevard; order tickets via the fest’s webpage); it will also play Montreal’s Fantasia festival later this summer. Barbara Crampton of RE-ANIMATOR, FROM BEYOND and WE ARE STILL HERE stars along with Rebecca Forsythe, Lucie Aron, Sean Knopp and Adnan Maral; the synopsis: “Kira [Forsythe] is young, beautiful and afflicted with a strange disease which causes her skin to age rapidly, to the point of drying out and crumbling away. After discovering that she can replace her own skin with somebody else’s as a temporary fix, Kira lets her vanity rule as she seeks out more and more victims. Her drive to remain youthful is at odds with her fear of being discovered by the police or her new lover, Sophia, and her bodily needs spin increasingly out of control.”

Check out the trailer below the photos, and look for more on REPLACE at this site soon!
