The latest entry in the humans-as-sport genre, HAPPY HUNTING opens today in select theaters and on iTunes from Vertical Entertainment. We’ve got an exclusive clip (with NSFW language) setting up the hunt.
Released by Vertical Entertainment, HAPPY HUNTING was written, directed and edited by Joe Dietsch (who was also the cinematographer) and Louie Gibson. The cast is headed by Martin Dingle Wall, Ken Lally, Kenny Wormald and Connor Williams, and the plot concerns “an alcoholic drifter [who] must battle withdrawal and psychotic rednecks after he becomes the target of a deranged sporting event,” according to the official synopsis.
