Pascal Laugier, writer/director of MARTYRS and THE TALL MAN, has another uncompromising tale of terror coming to screens as INCIDENT IN A GHOSTLAND debuts this month. The new trailer has just been unveiled, and you can see it after the jump.

Vertical Entertainment releases INCIDENT IN A GHOSTLAND to select theaters and on VOD June 22. It stars French-Canadian singer Mylène Farmer, Crystal Reed (TEEN WOLF), Anastasia Phillips, Emilia Jones and Taylor Hickson; the synopsis: “Following her aunt’s death, Pauline [Farmer] and her daughters inherit her house. However, during their first night in their new home, murderers enter, putting Pauline in a situation where she must fight to save her daughters’ lives. When the girls suffer a terrible trauma during the night, their disparate personalities diverge even further. The eldest daughter, Beth [Reed], becomes a famous horror author with a perfect family and life in Los Angeles, while her sister Vera [Phillips] can’t cope, and loses her mind to an unshakable sense of paranoia. Sixteen years later, the daughters and mother reunite at the house where Pauline and Vera continue to reside. It is then that strange events begin to take place.”
