Ghostface Slays in Brutal Final “SCREAM VI” Trailer

The wait is nearly over. Ghostface leaves suburbia for the mean streets of the big city in SCREAM VI on Friday, March 10, and the final trailer for the latest film in the beloved meta-horror franchise promises one of the most brutal incarnations of the Woodsboro slasher yet.

Although Neve Campbell’s Sidney Prescott won’t be taking part in the grisly festivities this time around, the last installment’s survivors, some new faces, and Scream stalwart Gale Weathers (Courteney Cox), along with Kirby Reed (Hayden Panettiere), find themselves at the wrong end of the killer’s infamous hunting knife. The new trailer, of course, features all the phone games and bloody mayhem horror fans have come to expect from the Scream series while also raising a few questions. Keep an eye out for the creepy Ghostface shrine that seems to pay tribute to all who’ve donned the Father Death robes in the previous films.

SCREAM VI, starring Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Mason Gooding, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Jenna Ortega, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, Samara Weaving with Hayden Panettiere and Courteney Cox premieres only in theaters this Friday.
