The malevolent spirit voiced by Mark Hamill isn’t confined to a doll in the CHILD’S PLAY remake that opens this month. Jump past the jump to see the latest preview clip.

In CHILD’S PLAY, which Orion Pictures releases June 21, Buddi is a technologically advanced toy that syncs to other devices, which Chucky can take over and speak through. This updated take on the 1988 classic was directed by Lars Klevberg from a screenplay by Tyler Burton Smith, with Aubrey Plaza as Karen, the single mother who buys the dangerous doll, Gabriel Bateman as her son Andy and Brian Tyree Henry as the detective who becomes caught up in the terror. MastersFX created Chucky and the other effects.
