The first attempt to bring the extraterrestrial hunter to our planet was kind of a wash, so director Shane Black has given it another shot with THE PREDATOR, and now a taste of it has been revealed via a teaser trailer.

20th Century Fox releases THE PREDATOR—which seems to start on Halloween night—September 14. Black (who co-starred in the original PREDATOR) scripted with Fred Dekker—MONSTER SQUAD reunion!—and the cast is headed by Boyd Holbrook, Trevante Rhodes, Jacob Tremblay (BEFORE I WAKE), Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Munn, Sterling K. Brown, Alfie Allen, Thomas Jane, Augusto Aguilera, Jake Busey and Yvonne Strahovski. The synopsis: “From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black’s explosive reinvention of the PREDATOR series. Now, the universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.” You can download a Predator Fan App here.
