British horror studio Amicus Productions turned out some of the best genre movies of the ’70s, and Severin Films is issuing a triple feature of them in a special Blu-ray set in December. Read on for the full details and all the art!
THE AMICUS COLLECTION, a limited, numbered release of only 3,500 copies, streets December 5 and contains the anthology chiller ASYLUM, the Gothic shocker AND NOW THE SCREAMING STARTS (pictured) and the werewolf mystery THE BEAST MUST DIE, along with the bonus disc THE VAULT OF AMICUS. ASYLUM and AND NOW THE SCREAMING STARTS will also be available individually, as well as on DVD, and Severin’s webstore is also offering an Amicus Bundle including a set of four Amicus enamel pins designed by Pseudo Ludo, a T-Shirt and framed picture featuring brand new Amicus artwork and the AMICUS: THE FRIENDLY FACE OF FEAR book. The films are all newly remastered, and the special features are as follows:
