Shudder Announces “Dead & Beautiful” Streaming Debut

Friday, September 24, 2021 | News

Ahead of its North American premiere at Fantastic Fest this weekend, AMC has announced that Shudder, its premium streaming service for horror, thriller, and the supernatural, will debut DEAD & BEAUTIFUL on Thursday, November 4th for the home viewing market.

Written and directed by David Verbeek, DEAD & BEAUTIFUL stars Gijs Blom, Aviis Zhong, Yen Tsao, Philip Juan, and Anechka Marchenko as a group of spoiled twenty-somethings suffering from upper-class ennui. Unsure how to spend their days when so little is expected from them, the five friends form the “Circle,” a group where they take turns designing a unique, extravagant experience for the others in a bid to scare up some excitement in their humdrum lives. But things go wrong when the privileged urbanites awaken after a night out to find they have developed vampire fangs and an unquenchable thirst for flesh, blood, and adventure…at any price.

DEAD & BEAUTIFUL debuts at Fantastic Fest on September 25th, 2021, with a digital premiere to follow on Shudder Thursday, November 4th.
