Shutting himself up in his apartment can’t protect a man from encroaching evil in IN THE TRAP, an Italian production seeing U.S. release next month. Read on for the new trailer, info and the poster.

Dark Sky Films releases IN THE TRAP on VOD/digital platforms and DVD April 10. Directed by Alessio Liguori from a script by Daniele Cosci, it stars Jamie Paul, Sonya Cullingford, Miriam Galanti, Delena Kidd, David Bailie, Robert Nairne, Paola Bontempi and Jude Forsay. The synopsis: “Philip [Paul], a young proofreader, has been living in a self-imposed prison. Convinced that an evil force wants to take possession of his soul, he secludes himself in his childhood apartment, the only place where he thinks he’s able to keep himself safe. But a meeting with a mysteriously alluring young woman makes him question his beliefs—have the demons that have haunted him all his life been simply a product of his own imagination, or is this new temptation yet another trap the devil has set for him?”
