Trailer revealed for Apple TV+ Stephen King series “LISEY’S STORY”

King himself scripted the adaptation of his 2006 novel that premieres next month.

The first two episodes of LISEY’S STORY will premiere globally on Apple TV+ June 4, with six further installments debuting on Fridays thereafter. Pablo Larraín directed, and the cast is headed by Julianne Moore, Clive Owen, Joan Allen, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Dane DeHaan, Ron Cephas Jones and Sung Kang. The synopsis: “LISEY’S STORY is a deeply personal, pensive thriller that follows Lisey Landon [Moore] two years after the death of her husband, famous novelist Scott Landon [Owen]. A series of unsettling events causes Lisey to face memories of her marriage to Scott that she has deliberately blocked out of her mind.”
