Korean director Yeon Sang-ho devastated audiences over the past year with his live-action zombie epic TRAIN TO BUSAN—but before that, the longtime animator (KING OF PIGS, THE FAKE) unleashed the undead in that medium with SEOUL STATION. It’s now set to attack Stateside audiences; we’ve got the details and poster.

FilmRise will debut SEOUL STATION exclusively on iTunes next Tuesday, May 30, and then on Blu-ray, DVD and other VOD a week later on June 6. The synopsis: “A man sleeping in Seoul Station becomes a catalyst for the pandemonium in downtown Seoul; a zombie apocalypse. The rapidly spreading infection propels an authentic family drama, drawing mordant parallels to real-world social horrors.”
