Just when you thought it was safe to open your laptop, the sequel to the horror sleeper UNFRIENDED is coming this summer, and the trailer and poster have been unveiled.

OTL Releasing and BH Tilt will bring the Blumhouse production UNFRIENDED: DARK WEB to big screens July 20. Stephen Susco, whose scripting credits include THE GRUDGE and RED, wrote and directed the movie, which stars Colin Woodell, Stephanie Nogueras, Andrew Lees, Connor Del Rio, Rebecca Rittenhouse and Blumhouse regular Betty Gabriel (GET OUT, UPGRADE, THE PURGE: ELECTION YEAR). The synopsis: “When a 20-something finds a cache of hidden files on his new laptop, he and his friends are unwittingly thrust into the depths of the dark web. They soon discover someone has been watching their every move and will go to unimaginable lengths to protect the dark web.” For more, click over to DARK WEB’s official website.
